Melvin Bolaños Baltodano, Audit Review Partner, in charge of the Firm’s computer programs, which were designed by Grant Thornton to plan and carry out the audits. He is a Business Administrator with a degree in Accounting and Finances. He is Licenciado in Public Accountancy and has technical knowledge of the English language. He is member of the Colegio de Contadores Privados de Costa Rica (Costa Rica’s Private Accountants’ Board ).

As Audit Review Partner, his job includes the following:

• To review and supervise the work of the Senior Auditors under his supervision.
• To verify the fulfillment with the Firm’s quality standards in all the work done by the personnel under his supervision.
• To review the issued reports and to discuss them with the Audit’s Partner.
• To coordinate the work with the Audit’s Partner.

His commitment and expertise toward the accounting sciences makes him a professional with a great communication ability oriented to serve his clients. He has an outstanding capacity to identify his clients’ needs and to design custom-made solutions for each one of them.
