Director of the Audits Division

Emilia Vargas Rodríguez, Director Partner of the Audits Division. Licenciada in Business Administration with a degree in Accounting. Member of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Costa Rica (Costa Rica’s Public Accountants’ Board). She has received several professional courses and seminars at national and international levels.

As Director Partner of the Audits Division, her work consists of the following :

• To coordinate the auditing works with the clients as well as with the review partners and the audits’ personnel.
• To evaluate every client and assess the complexity and risk level of each one.
• To plan the human and material resources according to the accounting requirements of the clients.
• To review reports for the clients.
• To prepare certifications and special reports to the clients.
• To answer questions from the clients.

Always renovating in subjects related to her profession including the fiscal area, both nationally and internationally, her responsibility in the fulfillment of goals; her 20 years experience with the Firm, and her expertise regarding our clients, qualifies her as a CPA of a great professional quality.
